I live in Englewood, currently residing in Vienna VA.

Asked my mom (Englewood) to view the Vienna weather cam to witness the 4" of snow we (the inhibiters of Vienna) received last night.

While I was on the comp., I wanted to check out the weather back home. Thats how I came in contact w/ you.

Are you on Border rd. ?

Been away for 6mo. Seems like a different world.

Enjoyed the cam.

My neice lives on Mark Twain Lane and we have visited 3 times this year and this last time it was good to see the canal so full. The Rotonda is a lovely place to stay and we hope to make many return visits there. My neice has two adorable Highland Westies.

So good to see live coverage of paradise. We bought a "winter" home in Rotonda and we absolutely love it, but hope it stays a secret. We need our daily Florida fix. There is a large aligator in our winter back yard canal - he's a big guy! Must be between 5-6 feet. We like him. We keep our distance and keep our dog on a leash but this is his habitat and we are encroaching. We love Rotonda and can't wait to get back.

We like the gators also - too bad others can't get along with them. There used to be 10-12 footers in our canal.
